Far Eastern Fund of Security Service is an assignee of a Far Eastern Association of Commercial Security «Dalrass» and Far Eastern Fund of Economical Security Service.

The Fund is created to protect the rights and legal interests of citizens and companies, to assist in lawmaking and in programming of enterprise security providing for state agencies, commercial and public organizations, to realize a system of the property protection and to liquidate an unfair competition.

The main aims of the Fund are to organize an international cooperation in the area of enterprise and private security, to decrease investment risks, to protect the foreign business partners from criminal elements in Russia.

The Fund was founded in 1994. It successfully collaborates with different state and law-enforcement agencies, realizes a beneficent help for power departments in strengthening of material and technical base. According to federal legislation, the reports of the Funds work are published annually in mass media.

To integrate to the system of non-state enterprise and private security the Fund cooperates with the other similar organizations, such as «Association of veterans of «Alfa» (Khabarovsk), «Russian union of security organizations», «Moscow center of enterprise security», «All-Russia labor union of the non-state security organizations» (Moscow).
